Very poor service and treatment by Senior Manager to her very young junior staff. My child has not been paid from last week. She also worked easter Sunday. I give this review with the fear that my daughter will not be able to return to work and face even worse treatment from Spur's senior Manager.

I had a horrible experience at another Restaurant in the same mall but went back the next day to get the steak of my dreams at Biloxi Spur and they came up to my expectations 100% with a gorgeous steak , a whole plate of onion rings, beautiful fat chips that were very tasty and a lovely pepper sauce. My wife and i thoroughly enjoyed our meal ! Best meal of 2019 so far !!!! The waitress was lovely too !!! Friendly service !!!

I must admit that I have not had a meal here in a while, not since they opened, in fact, so I didn't know what to expect. Going at lunchtime mid-week proved to be fortuitous, as we had attentive and prompt service. The side of veggies I had ordered with my steak arrived at the table with the steak... something that seems to be a bit of a problem at the other Spur franchises. The food was hot too.... in fact, very enjoyable. My husband had a piece of steak which was just gristle and fat, so he was disappointed.

This Spur truly offers excellent friendly service and lovely meals. It is situated in the beautiful Baywest Mall in Port Elizabeth. Highly recommended

The best Spur by far, better than Tampa Bay Spur in Jeffreys Bay. Great value for money, its not cheap though, a lean outing with 4 people can set you back R600 easy but you leave satisfied. Great...
