Love Spur Bethal! Food's on point, waiters are super friendly 😊. Only gripe: play area attendants are not staffed from opening time, even on school holidays 😐. Kids love Spur, but this makes it tough. Hope they sort it out!

Spur Bethal is the best in Service and food ,their stuff is friendly and more in details on their promotion food I enjoy being there also the cleanliness of the Restaurant give me welcoming and visiting now and again

Spur Bethal is my halfway stop and I always order something to drink (while my children play) and 1/4 chicken, no basting, and chips without onion rings, for takeaway. Previously, my special order came perfectly, this time around they disappoint me a lot. I received my "takeaway coffee" in a mug, which got sorted in store, thank you. I received my appletizer without a glass, which I can handle. But when I got all my children buckled up in the car, and opened their food, chicken with basting, chips and onion rings, I felt like crying. In a six hour drive, I couldn't loose another 30min, for the order to be corrected. I don't want to fight about it, but I'd like to know what can I do in such a situation, is there a possibility to get a refund, or what is my options? TIA

Back at my favourite Spur. Service is still slow but the food is so well prepared it's worth the wait. Still maintain this is the best Spur.
