I’m originally from Johannesburg and currently in Bloemfontein for work, and I must say I had an absolutely amazing experience last night! The meal prepared for me was outstanding. The zesty lemon chicken was perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and the rest of the meat was incredibly fresh. The vegetables — spinach, pumpkin, and sweet corn — were just as impressive, cooked to perfection and absolutely delicious. It’s always a great feeling to receive such high-quality food and service, especially when you’re away from home. I’d really like to extend my appreciation to the Spur team for their excellent work you truly made the experience memorable. Definitely a place I’ll keep coming back to whenever I’m in town!

Over the past 7 years, Kenneth has become so much more than just a manager to us — he has become the reason we keep coming back. We have followed him over the years, and watching his growth, dedication, and genuine love for what he does has been incredibly special. You can feel his passion the moment you walk in. He creates an atmosphere that is warm, welcoming, and consistent, and we are honestly so proud of the person and leader he has become. We have visited many other Spurs, but nothing compares to this one. There is something truly special here, and it starts with Kenneth. Jayden is an absolute joy — always ready with a joke, always bringing laughter, and always making us feel like more than just customers. His energy is contagious, and he has truly found a place in our hearts. And then there is Hloni — hands down the best waiter. Hloni’s service is always exceptional, friendly, and attentive. He makes every visit feel personal and effortless, and we always look forward to being served by him. This team has created more than just a restaurant experience for us — they have created memories. Thank you for the warmth, the laughter, and the consistency over the years. It truly means more than words can say.

We just arrived from Johannesburg, and this was our first visit to this Spur — hands down the best Spur we’ve visited. Our waiter, Nthabeleng, was absolutely awesome: friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we sat down. Compliments to the manager, Morris, for leading such a great team. Exceptional service and a great atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back!

I came for garden salad and buffalo wings, onion rings. Salad was fresh back lacking many veggies such as yellow peppers it usually had. Lots of salad leafs but lacking more grated carrots, etc.

We are a regular at your restaurant and the staff of this establishment always treat like it’s our first time, the service is always consistent and the best and it has also turned out to be our daughter’s best spot and ours. Today we celebrated her birthday with our Spur family, and thanks to Nthabeleng for her best customer care.
