Took out my autisic son for his birthday. Once again, Grand Rapids Spur never disappointed 🙌 Always looking out for our special needs people and treating them like VIPs. We always feel at home and so welcome there 🤍 Special shout out to the waitresses.

My family and I have come to this restaurant every time we feel like going out for super. Everytime we go the staff greet us by the door and help us. They have good service. And the atmosphere is just lively you can watch TV while waiting for you food and very decorated.

Certainly full marks. Food, service , atmosphere.

Atmosphere / outing spoilt due to Aircons not working in this hot Durban summer. Also, the constant banging / slamming of the door doesn’t have a door closer was most annoying. Unlikely to return here under the current circumstances.

I once had a problem with my order, tasting a bit off-ish then when the male manger that was walking around asked if we were enjoying our meal, I replied and explained to him my concern....fast forward, he didn't assist me, and shoved me away. To cut the long story short..I sent an email to them, I got an immediate respond, from a very well mannered female Manager, called Gugu. She then later called me to come and exchange my order (as of tomorrow) I went back to the store and got them. I want to acknowledge and compliment her professional mangement skill, we indeed need managers like her.

Fast service, friendly staff, safest for kids, tasty and affordable foods. We had our babys party here today and we are extremely pleased, they tag the kids so no kids exit the door without their parents, the staff is so helpful and hands on, highly recommended absolutely no different from movement that was made 😊

Call me boring but Spur is my go-to restaurant here on the Bluff..I am gonna say I'm a little bit disappointed that you guys have moved to the Checkers Centre always battling to find parking but the minute you step foot into the Spur we are welcomed by the most amazing manageress and her staff that you actually forget about the hassle of finding a parking...🚙 you guys are amazing🙌 trust me otherwise we would not be back...Tyla you are one hell of a manageress and thank you for your most amazing hospitality you and your staff give us when you come to the Spur...🥳🎊🎉

All Spur food is generally good. However the best chicken wings are fm Spur. Staff here at Grand Rapids are friendly and efficient. Ps if you like crispy bacon, ask for it. They can do this.
