I am a regular customer at this Spur me annd my partner and we always warmly welcomed by workers. Today’s service was exceptional and all thanks to Anita,as we were with my mother in law and she was so humble,respectful and smiling.from welcoming us and introducing her self and telling us about the special of the day..that was amazing 10/10 Thank you Anita for keeping the same energy and great hospitality.

Kiara Spur Smile On the 10th of May we got to Spur Promenade, I'm writing this while currently in Spur, we met our Customer agent Kiara who will assist us during our visit. A really sweet, and cute Customer agent always smiling. She lits up the place with her smile. While we were enjoying our nachos two of Spur staff members came to check on us. I'm not sure if the ladies were managers, they make one feel at home. It's this little things that makes us coming back. Tje Customer service is excellent. I have never met a customer agent who was moody or grumpy. The nachos was very great. We waiting on our main meals, which is always Superb. The staff of Spur Promenade is always happy, always helping and assisting. Thank you Spur Promenade. yes i definitely recommend Abenaki Spur Steak Ranch in promenade. the manager and staff are very friendly and the food is fresh & tasted very delicious. there is such a warm, loving child friendly atmosphere. a big thank you to the chef's, kitchen staff, waiters and waitresses and manager. from now on my family and i will always only come to Spur in promenade 🥰🥰❤️❤️

Great ,friendly staff ,healthy food

I arrived and a lady called Vuyo assisted me with a heavy plastic bag and she took it straight to my seat,she was so nice and professional, I wish she can teach other waitresses in so many restaurant. I have received attitude from many waitresses in a lot of restaurants.

The service delivery was so fast that it surprised me. I was in awe because less than 10 minutes I received my order. The Staff was super friendly, that when you needed assistance they would assist you immediately. I am a great fan to this branch as I've never in my experience going there had a bad review. Always a stop after a movie. And I must say thank you to staff to know exactly what junior likes.... I would though generally say that the older spur menu was better, but not having it on menu and...

Always choose to go here 1st. Happy with foods and services! No complaints. Always gets my birthday voucher on my family card and my kids too on their membership cards (free meal) which other places...
