Since becoming a client of the well known Spur corporation, I have nothing but the best feedback. Alamo Spur has captured me as a returning client, and I trust, my entire generation aswell. The entire skeleton behind the infamous 'Alamo Spur', puts in more than required, and has exceeded my expectations beyond measure through every visit. Tonight's visit was immensely warming and I have the entire restaurant to thank for that. Kelsey was my waitress tonight, and she was exceptionally well in service. Im looking forward to my next visit.

Paul is a very good waiter… humble, professional, extremely intelligent. I gave the Manager my review and it was so awesome to watch him Congratulate Paul… that’s exactly how a great Manager leads!!

Food is great i always go for double cheeseburger and chips, however whenever someone asks for specifications the waiters can get it wrong multiple times. Some of them are very slow which is not great and it always feels a bit hot inside. The play area is nice for the kids and some if the staff are very attentive and kind and helping. The managers also always help out if things go wrong. Its a good spot to go and the family goes atleast once every 2 months.

I arrived at Alamo spur 18h25 today the 06 December 2023 and I was seating waiting for someone to help me for more than 25 minutes, I had to call the guy that was helping other customers and he took my order I had to wait for like 15 minutes before I get my order and it was just a starter and the wings was very dry no sauce in the table, I had to wait another 15 minutes to get a bill😡😡😡😡I am so disappointed I will never recommend anyone to go to that spur.😡😡😡😡😡 what pisses me off is that white couple that arrived after me that was attended and they got their food before I even get mine. I feel like waiters at that Spur are Racists with their manager 💔😭

was at spur Tygervally sunday 23- 04-23it was very busy the food did take some time but when we got it was nice and hot thanks to paul but I thinks the managers where busy more than the waiter because I didn't even see one but we had a great Service we will definetly come again

Second visit to the new upgraded Spur.love the new plates and how they plate the food.it really looks inviting and one get excited to get your food.

Of all the Spurs I have been to, this was my favourite. The food was fantastic and best Spur burger I’ve ever had and amazing creamed spinach!

Had breakfast here with friends.... we all had the Kickstarter breakfast. Was very nice. We also had a side if texan wings. I would highly recommend the texan wings if you do have wings from the spur. They need to be especially made so are fresh and juicy.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN Apart from having been to just about every Spur Steak Ranch in all nine provinces in South Africa as well as the Spurs in Namibia, for more than 20 years I have been visiting the Alamo Spur at Tyger Valley Centre more than any other Spur. The staff at the Alamo Spur are not only well trained; they are well chosen too. Over the years I have been served by some wonderful waitrons who clearly understand the meaning of customer service, and that is why I return time and again, even taking my guests there for meals. I was very happy indeed tonight to have been served by Marshall who is still very ‘new;’ he started working there only a week ago, but already it is absolutely clear that he is an asset to the Spur. He is sincere, friendly and professional. Nothing is too much trouble for him. It is almost tangibly noticeable that he loves what he is doing; in fact, one notices immediately that he loves people. He is well spoken and has admirable listening skills. It is obvious that the passion of this goal orientated young man is to serve and please his patrons, and dare I say it appears that he serves and pleases people generally. He is really a shining light. El-Marie, one of the managers, has been an absolutely phenomenal guide and teacher to the staff. She takes a keen interest in her patrons and she is never too busy to talk to them and make them feel welcome. She is truly one of the most patient and understanding people across the wide spectrum of management I have ever met.
