We have ordered food through Uber. They have mixed up the delivery. Gert (the manager) delivered our correct order within 20 minutes himself! Zero stars for Uber Foods... 5 stars for Gert

I’ve never had a bad experience. The staff are always very warm and friendly. Leaving a review today because I was so touched by the kind and considerate staff - particularly the manager. My daughter is autistic and they went out of their way to make space at the outside section so I could be close to her - even though they were fully booked for a party. An experience I will never forget!

Best spur in the Somerset west region. Friendly and welcoming staff. Excellent food and value for money especially for families.

Had my daughters 2nd birthday at Spur Waterstone. Gert, the manager dedicated his time to our entire stay at the restaurant. He made sure all the guests adults as well as kids were all satisfied. Thank you so much. We are so pleased with Spur Waterstone. My baby enjoyed her party 🥰

Food was hot and delivered in record time. Burnedene was polite, efficient and friendly. Great value for money! Just a little quiet - the way I like it. Could think and gather myself for the rest of the day!

This time the background music (rock) was quite loud. I asked the manager to turn it down a bit. He agreed but actually did nothing. We often visit the Spur to eat and have a conversation, not too disco.

Very gentle waiter food was nice

We had Our 6Year Old girl's birthday party today. We are super pleased with the service and they are so well organized, to coming in and our girl's name on the Birthday board, to a printed out guest list. everyone was very happy. a Big Thank you to Gert Botha one of the Managers He went out of his way to make everything comfortable and easy for the kids and Adults. you are so organized. a Big Thank you. definitely not the last visit. 😁😁😁😁

Seniors menu offers good food at excellent prices We went to the Spur in the Waterstone village for lunch and were offered the Seniors menu which is available daily. Excellent value: R100 for 150g tender mouth watering rump or half hake, with full portion of chips and onions and some salad: additional R15 for a very tall glasss of ice cream and chocolate sauce.
