We usually end up at Spur Steak Ranches when we’ve run out of options, but recently the service and food quality have been disappointing. Last night at Spur Pinehurst completely changed that. Our waitress, Nandi, was fantastic. She was friendly, attentive and really on top of everything. It was also great to see the manager actively on the floor, supporting the team. The food felt like authentic Spur again. Definitely recommending Spur Pinehurst again. We’ll be back!

Had a craving for Spur Nacho’s. This was my first time visiting this branch. Our server Lael was friendly and efficient. Food hit the spot, craving satisfied. My Husband had the Goodie burger and he enjoyed it. The only sticky point. The manager decided to take a booth across from us to work on his laptop and he was clearly struggling with hay fever/sinus issues and was sneezing the whole time and instead of going off to the bathroom to wipe his nose, he was sniffing continuously. Otherwise the food and Lael (server) were excellent. The branch is a bit on the smaller size but still nice 👌

The worst work place, the managers takes trainees tips.. Not sure how they keep getting away with it. Will not support such a business, all the waiters leaves because of this.

Best spur we have ever been to. Staff are the best from waiters to managers to chefs. Everything is so organized

A big shout out to Thabo for superior service! I decided to have a cappuccino and something sweet while I waited for my car to be washed. Not surprisingly #Thunderbrothers were done in record time just as my treat arrived. Thanks to Thabo's above-and-beyond service I was able to collect my car, come back and sit down to enjoy my waffle with ice cream and a fresh cuppa. What made his service so exceptional is that he firstly upsold me on the waffle special, then was flexible and adapted gracefully to my requests, and finally he did that all with a smile and at lightening speed!

BRUNCH AT MANITOBA SPUR The Manager and staff were great. Our waitron Zintle delivered excellent service. Food well prepared. My husband, child and I were at your branch for the first time today. To. be honest we usually never go to other Spurs because of the bad service and lack of attention to their tables and we are people that not full of nonsense at all. But WOW your branch was fantastic for friendly ness to the vibe the outstanding service and food.We will only be eating at your from from now and referring all our friends and family. After a hiccup or two with our take out orders, I am pleased to say that the management was quick to contact me and promised to follow up with staff training and better quality produce. And they did! Today my order was almost perfect, but we did get chips instead of baked potatoes. But it's all good and we will continue supporting them once a week.

We went to a Spur as we were encouraged to by our family. The service was good and the staff were very friendly. The food was nice without being anything special. The decor was pleasant. Over all a good value meal; an ideal place to eat as a family with children or a large group.
