I had such a wonderful experience dining here! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and everything just felt thoughtfully put together. A special shoutout to our waitress, Onikwa, she was absolutely fantastic. Attentive without being overbearing, genuinely friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. She made us feel so comfortable and well taken care of, and her positive energy really elevated the whole experience. You can also tell that the management is doing something right. Everything ran smoothly, the staff worked seamlessly together, and there was a clear sense of professionalism and care in how the restaurant is run. It’s rare to find a place where both the service and the leadership shine so clearly. Great food, thanks to the griller Phil, amazing service, and excellent management, definitely a place I’ll be coming back to!

Excellent service from all waitrons here. Only complaint is that the patty on the vegetarian burger was inedible because of its ingredients. Spur should revert to using the previous patty.

The location is quite refreshing as it is good sight seeing while you enjoy a nicely prepared and fresh meal.

I'm no Pinterest mom and couldn't plan a party to save my life but my now 6 year old deserved a lil party and Reno Spur definitely delivered. The venue is spacious and not over crowded at all. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The security measures they have in place for kids are amazing and immediately put my mind at ease. The atmosphere was great abs the food was amazing. What really stood out for me though was my waitress Onikwa, she took charge of my event, was professional, calm and I knew we were in good hands. She literally knew what I needed before I did my, which made the entire experience perfect. Let's not forget the no clean up aspect of it all. Thank you Reno Spur, beautiful facility, great staff, amazing food. I highly recommend booking a Spur Birthday for your little one. Everything was sorted. 😊

Exceptional Spur, all round. Reno Spur is truly one of the best, if not the best with friendly staff, fresh food and the Manager Conroy absolutely goes the Extra mile, even getting involved by entertaining the children in a dressed up Costume. My husband and l love eating breakfast at Reno Spur. The ambiance is good, the food is lovely and the service is excellent.

Reno spur has moved to bellville mall and stepped up their game in a huge way. The venue is beautiful with a fantastic play area. Very spacious and modern. Large windows at play area makes it easy to spot your kids from your table. We ordered our regular spur favourites but the food was so much tastier and very well presented. Im just so impressed with everything!

We walked in for supper and was greeted by friendly waiters all dressed as Mexicans! What a fun vibe! Our waiter was stunning! The Mexican food served (only on Thursdays evenings) were tasty and delicious! Make sure that you arrive early as the place was packed! Well done!
