Excellent service, very friendly and went the extra mile to spoil us

My daughters birthday was on the 12 of March so I recieved a kiddies meal voucher for her. On my arrival a young man was on his way to end his shift he assisted me and took me to the counter after he helped me his manager came and took over by him but the young man wanted to help me before he ends his shift...his manager said its fine he will help me...after the young man went to end his shift he came to the front of the store ask me if I am still okay he made made sure I got everything which I need then the manager came to me gave me a lucky packet with a toy with some coloring papers for my daughter he wished her well and gave my kiddies meal. I was so happy and felt good to recieve service like this even though i did buy anything I only used a kiddies voucher but they made me feel like I bought alot of things. Well done the young man and his manager I wish I could remember their names but they most deff made sure that I will go there anytime with my whole family. Keep up with your good work.

What an wholesome little escape 🤎 There’s something about Spur that just never gets old — no matter how grown up life gets, walking in still makes you feel like a kid again… and honestly, that’s priceless. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, especially with our warm drinks on a cold night, and the food was as comforting as ever. Spur really is one of those places that suits everyone, no matter your age — easy, familiar, and always a good time. Simple moments, good laughs, and the kind of night you wish you could replay ✨ We had the best server too. ❤️

Great I love the place

I love our local Spur. Very helpful staff and managers, like Yuri, always have a smile and good word. Thanks for such a lovely team, as sometimes we come in and don't feel well, but after the meal and the friendship from the staff, I feel much better. Thanks Yuri and the team. All the best Madeleine
