Ritta (my waitress) was very nice. She checked up on appropriate times and didn't make it feel awkward. The ordering process was easy and she was patient and could even recommend us something to help as well. 10/10 for her , the food was a bit cold but I feel like that is at every restaurant. Thank you spur GrandWest for having us. PS... I always have a goodie burger at spur and due to a recent bad experience I was nervous coming to spur however you guys really really impressed me Thank you

Meals were enjoyable and efficient. Spur is always a go to place for meals when you're starving and that's exactly what we were. Service was great. I guess it was just busy when I was there so the atmosphere was very noisy. But overall a great Spur.

Thanks to the ops manager Brian for doing such an amazing job Despite the very long queues and all the waiters spinning, Brian got his hands dirty and took orders, delivered food and spoke to every table to ensure that we received everything on time. We would definitely come back just to see him, give that man a raise ! 👌

My 1st time at Silver Dollar Spur on Saturday 16th July and wot an experiance, they were packed but our orders were so kwick amd the service we received from our witnesses Miriam was 5star 🌟, thank you to the manager Leon for making an exception for my last min booking, the whole family had an awesome experience...... we were regulars,last time wife got sick from the tequila sunrise where they used make on juice and food order was wrong etc. this time wife birthday,starter and mains came same time after waiting long and were told it came like that, nachos supposed to be spicy but got chillies later on when we asked,mains got cold after we were done with starter,then another hour to get cold waffles that was not as good. the blue in the fat of my steak put me off from finishing it.coffee order but only when we got mains but only came after we asked again after the dessert came constantly asking for service,even had to ask 3 times for a packet to carry the takeaway food home.really bad and keep hoping the next time will be better
