We travelled all the way from Paarl, and despite an issue we had on Saturday, 30 May, your team completely turned our day around. I especially want to praise your manager on duty. I did not catch her name, but she was incredibly accommodating and showed us what true, excellent customer service looks like. From the main food to the delicious dessert, everything was fantastic. The store was packed and waiters were busy, so the Store Manager (Vuyi) came to assist us with our order. She was exceptional in every aspect. Usually you know what you get. Buffalo wings are great as always. Spur burger is usually solid, however this one tested more soy than beef. Certainly a change in patty.

Thanks to the ops manager Brian for doing such an amazing job Despite the very long queues and all the waiters spinning, Brian got his hands dirty and took orders, delivered food and spoke to every table to ensure that we received everything on time. we were regulars,last time wife got sick from the tequila sunrise where they used make on juice and food order was wrong etc. this time wife birthday,starter and mains came same time after waiting long and were told it came like that, nachos supposed to be spicy but got chillies later on when we asked,mains got cold after we were done with starter,then another hour to get cold waffles that was not as good. the blue in the fat of my steak put me off from finishing it.coffee order but only when we got mains but only came after we asked again after the dessert came constantly asking for service,even had to ask 3 times for a packet to carry the takeaway food home.really bad and keep hoping the next time will be better
