I often come to the spur Atleast 2 times a week Iam Iv been using this spur for over 12 years Fatima has watched my daughter grow up knowing that I can expect to see her and she always had a smile and the best service allowing me as a single mum to enjoy my meal by always going the extra mile as a waiter by allowing me to enjoy my meal and making sure my kid is in the play area and is safe and ok she made my experience so pleasurable and seeing her after more than 10 years becoming a manager and levelling up but still be humble enough to serve us is amazing she is always willing to go out her way to make every customer feel so special I can sit for hours alone now and do my work and she knows exactly what I want I also feel if I wish to tip her whatever amount I deemed fit should be allowed most times I come to the spur just to relax and seeing her makes eating here so much more incredible she knows me and my daughter for 12 years and I know there are many customers like myself as Iv watched her go absolutely out her way and cover many shifts more than the Normal because she was always here and she treated us with so much humility . I am the daughter which has known auntie Fatima for my whole life she is practically family at this point she has watched me grown and has been like a second mother to me . She would go over and beyond to make us happy from carrying me when crying to feeding me when I was not in the mood to eat as I said one before she is family and not being able to see her when I visit the spur which is often would be really sad

A HUGE THANK YOU to all the amazing staff at Eagle Rock Spur. On Wednesday 02 March we were having a light lunch and a bottle of wine at the Spur when our friend had massive multiple epileptic seizures. The staff were OFF THE SCALE helpful and extremely supportive and professional calling an ambulance and helping with the patient. They continued business as usual whilst having an emergency right there. I cannot thank you all enough. Your swift and professional approach to the situation is much appreciated and highly commendable. Thank you to all for going way beyond the call of duty and helping to save a life. You are all forever in our debt and in our highest regard. Eagle Rock Spur Mall@55…you ROCK and are all angels. THANK YOU xxx

We like this Spur as visibility of the kid's play area is excellent and they cant come down the 2 staircases without being seen. Service is fast and the view through the large windows makes it light...
