Lunch today(and tonights takeaway boxes) were a complete surprise. I haven’t been to Spur in at least 20 years, and was amazed by the quality of the meal, nice service at this price point. Really good value, clean, organized, and the staff were fun and friendly. I was assured the established, decades old institution, of a blob of ice cream complete with sparkler, and a happy birthday chorus is still in place. The eisbein was very good indeed. I'm looking forward to my sparkler in ice cream and chorus at the end of the month.
