A neatly appointed branch. Friendly staff. Food is consistent ly good. you must try the pork ribs its top notch.

very bad service I received today at your branch I ordered x2 300gm cheddar melt steaks with chips and spicy full wings ,my steaks had no cheese, and my wings were plane yet I ordered spicy I don't know if this happens because I ordered online or what but it's unacceptable

We had a few hours to burn at the Gateway Mall in Umhlanga before our flight and we desided to do this at the Spur. We had many bags and luggage with us and I explained at the entrance I needed to sit somewhere where we can place the bags. The host led us to a 8 seater table (we were 3) at one of the ends of the rest, in an alcove. Perfect, places to put our bags against the wall, without any risk of someone tampering with them. I then explained to our waiter, Luyasha, that we would eat, but that we would need to sit another 1.5 hours after our meal, burning time. He said great, no problem. This despite the restaurant being packed with a line waiting outside. I found this all to be great, everyone friendly and helpful, truly super! The boys had burgers and I had a patty stack....it was good, amongst the best Spur meals we’ve had. But it’s the service and the atmosphere that gives this visit 5/5. Waiters singing for birthday guests, beating drums and a general buzz and vibe. It was really cool. Will be back there. And thanks Luyasha, you were amazing.

Every time we come here it’s the same story The waiters stand outside their main door and have a social gathering. Today’s one included Tracy and Thobile, their managers, who stood chatting for a good few minutes... Isaac our waiter provided great service, which was a first for us at this particular spur as every other time has been disappointing. Keep up the great and speedy service Isaac!!! (Maybe consider moving to a better spur to have better support)

I had some business in the Umhlanga area and this was the perfect spot to meet for a few coffees and a delicious breakfast, whilst attending to business at the same time. It wasn't too busy which also helped with the noise levels being acceptable in order to hear the meeting conversation.
