Michelle was absolutely wonderful. She was friendly and efficient. She gave regular updates on the food and drinks. My son is autistic and she gave him the opportunity to speak slowly without a rush. Thank you

Grace was amazing. She was friendly and very chatty, felt like an old friend. She constantly check up on me and my family to make sure we are okey. The food was great, burgers were tasty and the onion rings were the most perfect and crispiest. The manager, Mr Nkosana also checked up on us. I was happy with the service today, the store was packed but the service was efficient and effective, really commandable

You really spoiled my mother's day Spur Smoky Ridge Emalahleni. I ordered a take away, ribs and wings only to be provided with a small portion of ribs and quarter chicken to show that it was deliberate, the added an extra chicken thigh to the serving. Pathetic, I was so dissappointed when I got home 10km away from Spur Highveld mall knowing it will be costly to return the food and have to wait again for the correct order to be prepared 😡 . I am so annoyed! To top it all, the ladies in the front desk were not friendly.

I had a wonderful breakfast but more than anything it was the staff, the staff was amazing with great hospitality and team work I give Pearl 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for her warm welcome,smile and good customer service

The vibe and staff are electric! Food is tasty, and portions are oversized! The restaurant is perfectly located to movie goers and fashionistas alike! Kids are kept busy in the newly improved kids...

Great steaks ... Delish schnitzel ... Good service and a nice family atmosphere. The smoking section is large and has open sliding Windows and tv's to see the sports games. A great place to take your time enjoying a great flame grilled steak and an ice cold beer
