It was my first time at Arrow Ridge Spur and everything about this place was absolutely amazing. The set up for my daughter's birthday. Our waiter was Kleinboi and wow he gave us a warm welcome and a great service. The food was fresh and so delicious. The play ground is big enough and all the staff members are so friendly. I definitely enjoyed my stay and this will be my second home. Keep it up❤️

Hi I came to spur to eat with my family and Clayton came to assist us i told him I had lost my spur card and wanted to use my vouchers and he discaraged me by saying headoffice calls takes time and it would be pointless to call it will take for ever and it was best i called Monday so after he left I told nozipho the lady who was serving us about my problem and she called Moteo to assist us he was kind and listening to my problem and willing to help which he did I was impressed with hes service because he is passionate and willing to solve problems such people should be made store managers and put at the front line of customers care not people like Clayton he will be an asset to your business thank you Moteo for the experience !

Arrow ridge has the best food and the most calm and helpful waiters. we were served by Nthabiseng. she was very patient with my kids and I hope to be served by her again. see you guys soon.

Everything was great, the decorations and the service were awesome. Sandile was our waiter; he assisted us calmly and politely and attended to our requests very well. Clayton was very kind and helped us get our cake from the car to the fridge. I am grateful My babies were happy, they loved their party set up, and I was happy with everything. Please keep up the good work and entertaining us with your music and dancing, especially the Happy birthday song, the energy and teamwork are splendid. We will definitely be coming back for more. I was happy because the personnel made sure that we got the table even though it was last-minute changes. She handled it all well and politely. I was happy. Thank you, Spur Arrow Ridge 🙂

Best for family restaurant. A perfect and a safe playground for the kids. As mother you can sit and relax knowing that the kids a playing safe while you are enjoying your meal.
