Big Mike was extremely friendly and made us feel welcomed. The food was amazing, definitely the best Spur that we have eaten at! The portions were good and value for money. We didn’t wait too long, our food was ready and served hot in good time. What an awesome experience once again at Gold Rush Spur. Friendly vibe top service from Mike once again. This is our favourite Spur.

I was served by Lelo, I had challenges with my order Mushroom was not there when I called he went to the kitchen and corrected it with so much respect and good attitude. His customer care qualities are good

Visited Spur, Emperors Palace on 11 Sept 2025 and had an issue with my birthday voucher that was expiring soon. Thanks to Nqobile (Snr Manager) for taking the time (on a busy day) to help me sort it out. Her professionalism, patience and conduct was impressive. This also goes for the staff that was on duty this afternoon (11Sep25). Thanks Spur for my gift and for the service
