We were served by Peter the manager. The service was not only outstanding but world class. He was friendly and went out of his way. WOW I am beyond impressed. I am definitely going back just because of his service. We went to redeem the birthday vouchers but still the service was above excellent. I honestly was expecting something else

My new favourite Spur I went to the New Golden Oak Spur in Jean Crossing on 16 May 2024, and the layout is absolutely beautiful. The waiters and managers were also friendly and supportive. I ordered a double cheese burger with chips and onion rings with mushroom sauce on the side as take away, and it was absolutely delicious. Compliments to the chefs. I will be back soon. I recommend Santa Rosa Spur Steak Ranch to all. We really love their staff's friendliness and their food is truly amazing. Really feels like family!

We did come in for breakfast 10:05am and it is now 11:40 with nothing not even yet knifes & forks. Almost now 2 hours without anything. People already coming in for lunch & we still don't have breakfast. Look on photo half of our order come still without forks & Knifes & butter still with no drinks, with half our order.
