Good afternoon Mr Solly As our telephonically conservation I was treated unfair at Springs Mall Spur yesterday. I ordered meal around about 16h40 telephonically know I will pass and collect it around 18h00 to avoid waiting for long, as I was going to work. When I collect my order the lady at the tillpoint she is telling me I was going to call letting you know we out of Veggies we decided to give rice. Oh no I was so disappointed, dry rice really without comfirming with me I like it.

I ordered their cheesy garlic prawns it was horrible 😭💔but they called me the next day to fix the issue. I really appreciate how they handled the situation . A huge shout out to Solly and the manager.

Mathapelo one of your managers made my day, this is not my first time come here but it's my first time seeing her . I want to say you are lucky to have her as one of yours because you can see she is dedicated to her work she makes everyone feel welcomed and loved we thank you for her. She takes all her time to the customer she really made me feel welcomed here at home I ordered a wrong meal but she made me feel calm and assured me I will get the right food and she did exactly that . It didn't take her a lot of time to fix my order and after I got the meal she came back to check if I was enjoying. Thank you Mathapelo!!!!!

The food is served while hot and the waiter keeps checking to see if you need anything else and very patient while we decide on what to order.

Not so good food received last night. Burgers still raw and missing garnishes.

Spur at Springs mall - the waiter was fast and new his menu well. The food was delicious. Prepared exactly as expected. It would be great if there were more options for vegetarians though. But...

Food was very good. Service was ok., a bit slow though. The food was worth the money. Atmosphere wasn't too bad.

Pur visit was enjoyable. Just would have been nice to be attended to by waiter a bit more often. Had to keep asking to see waiter. Food was delicious.
