We had lunch yesterday at Valley Falls Spur. Our waitress, Angel, was as her name is ' an angel ' Her service was outstanding and was very friendly. She is an aset to the company. Tony and Chantall

I had a very pleasant experience at Valley Falls Spur. The service stood out from the start, friendly staff, attentive without being overbearing, and orders handled efficiently. The team checked in regularly and ensured everything was in order throughout the visit. The food was equally enjoyable. The meals were well prepared, fresh, and flavourful, with good portion sizes typical of Spur. The burgers and sides were tasty and satisfying, and everything arrived hot and neatly presented.

To be honest I had a good time just dnt remember the person who helped us but I'm giving him a 10 out 0f 10

Last night my husband left his wallet in the SPUR after we had finished our meal. The SPUR staff and management got my selnumber off the till slip (I wrote my number on so they could load my family card rewards ). They called twice and I never heard the call. This morning when i returned the landnumber call I was informed the Manager had my husbands wallet and was keeping it safe. He had not even realised that he had misplaced it !! We collected the wallet this morning. A BIG shoutout to the IRENE SPUR and management for going over and above to try contact us and teach us down. We appreciate the effort ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 Stars to them !

Valley Falls Spur in Irene have the best service and the most incredible staff! They were able to serve 47 students and 4 teachers like pros! Thank you for everything! 😊 Edenvale High School
