Went there this afternoon with my 6 yr old daughter for a quick late lunch. Ordered a medium steak for myself as I was really craving a good basic steak. First steak was totally over cooked, they re did it, and then it was completely raw. As a professional Chef, I really never complain at franchise restaurants, because I don't see the point. But after the 2nd steak that was again wrong/completelyraw, I did ask for the Manager. And he was so incredibly nice and cooked another steak himself, and it was absolutely perfect and delicious. The manager really turned the whole situation around, to end up having a very pleasant experience in the end. Thank you! Valley Falls, your Manager (and our server) were great:-)

I had a very pleasant experience at Valley Falls Spur. The service stood out from the start, friendly staff, attentive without being overbearing, and orders handled efficiently. The team checked in regularly and ensured everything was in order throughout the visit. The food was equally enjoyable. The meals were well prepared, fresh, and flavourful, with good portion sizes typical of Spur. The burgers and sides were tasty and satisfying, and everything arrived hot and neatly presented.

Last night my husband left his wallet in the SPUR after we had finished our meal. The SPUR staff and management got my selnumber off the till slip (I wrote my number on so they could load my family card rewards ). They called twice and I never heard the call. This morning when i returned the landnumber call I was informed the Manager had my husbands wallet and was keeping it safe. He had not even realised that he had misplaced it !! We collected the wallet this morning. A BIG shoutout to the IRENE SPUR and management for going over and above to try contact us and teach us down. We appreciate the effort ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 Stars to them !
