Spur Eagle Falls, at Fourways Crossing serves the best Eisbein you'll ever eat. Succulent, tender, yet crispy. The service was fast, friendly and the atmosphere was viby with celebratory drums. Money well spent! Mepho was our waiter and served us on point with a smile🤗

Polo the girl was great. I'm not really one to stay long at a place but she made us want to spend the whole day there. Very friendly, honest and her energy is very infectious.

Really good food. Food felt more 'fresh' than other Spurs, but could just be a timing thing. They do have a Teen zone and is seperate from the normal younger kids play area. This is a bonus for older kids.

Great family spot with a relaxed vibe. Food was tasty and came out fairly quick. Service was friendly, just a bit slow during busy times, but overall a solid Spur experience.

Excellent takeaway service Usually have lunch at a Spur but my wheelchair bound friend was unable to go out today so ordered 2 Seniors lunches - one with medium rare rump steak, chips and onion rings and the other with rare rump and vegetables. Both were ready when I arrived to collect them and beautifully packaged in little boxes with Coke Zeros. All were a bit cold when I arrived at my friend's care home, but when heated in the microwave they were fine except for the chips which were not as crisp as when served in the restaurant. The rump steaks were large for 150 grams and wonderfully tender. Thank you for your excellent service, Eagle Falls Spur. I've long been a customer of this particular Spur Steak Ranch back when they were located at Fourways Mall and then when they moved to Fourways Crossing. In all my visits, I have had great service but have never felt compelled to write a review. My wife and I went here as it had been a rough day and a scheduled power outage was imminent. One of the drawcards here is that they have a generator. There was a special offer for a 200g rump or sirloin steak with an optional extra choice of sauce to go with the steak and I chose to go with this. We absolutely loved our waitress. She was friendly, polite, full of jokes and really went above and beyond her job to ensure that we were comfortable and enjoyed our meal. My wife ordered the crumbed mushrooms which is served with a bowl of tartare sauce. My wife made a joke about the fact that she often has to ask for more tartare sauce to be able to finish her mushrooms. In truth, you usually do get a small-ish bowl of tartare sauce Our waitress responded to say that's how all businesses make money. They want you to order more so they can charge you for this. We all shared a good laugh about this. My wife is vegetarian. When asked, she said she didn't want a side portion of chips. No sooner did she say this, did she ask for my portion of chips and onion rings to be served on a separate plate so she could enjoy it. Women, right? Our waitress found this request to be hilarious. When the food arrived, my rump steak looked quite sad on the plate, all by itself. A generous portion of chips and crisp onion rings on a separate plate accompanied the meal and a bowl filled to the brim with tartare sauce accompanied the mushrooms. My steak was pretty good and my wife said the mushrooms tasted fresh unlike some Spur branches which use canned mushrooms. Our waitress teased me about ordering a milkshake as she says beer goes better with my meal. I had no regrets with the Bar-One milkshake especially as I was driving home after dinner and had no desire to have alcohol. At one point she came rushing back to our table, bearing the cheese sauce I ordered and apologised for bringing it late. In actual fact, I hadn't started on my mains as yet so no complaints. My cellphone battery had died earlier and I didn't get a chance to charge it in the car. The booths against the wall are equipped with plug points so you can charge your phone or connect your laptops, etc. I didn't have a plug with me but had a charging cable. I asked if she could oblige with a plug which she couldn't but offered
