Had a great experience and was serviced by a nice lady her name is Agreneth and her service was outstanding….from when we entered the premises, to taking our order and advising us on how long the food would take….it was a great experience and the food was awesome…

I was turned with my son’s voucher and was told to come bring him in the shop so they can sing for him because it I want to scam them, I tried explaining that he goes to school and I don’t have money to come with him to the shop but the lady didn’t understand she said I should go bring him…

On Tuesday i came to claim my son’s birthday voucher and the other one I had, but I was told to go and fetch the child, and I asked the lady since when do I need to present a child because in giyani or mall of Africa I have never encountered such. The lady said i want to scam I asked how because the voucher is valid…. Now I must have more than 700 just so my son can enjoy his voucher in the shop when I don’t have money? What will happen to my other kid when i bring her brother and leave her? Since when did that start… And this was my second time im not treated fair at that spur , lady year i went with my husband and we were served food after almost 45 minutes and what pissed me off is that I saw the people who came after us being served in our eyes by our waitress who i think her name was lebo… spur you need to do better shame.
