I had a great experience at Spur thanks to the amazing manager and host. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed warmly and treated with genuine kindness and professionalism. The host was friendly, attentive, and made us feel comfortable right away, while the manager clearly runs the place with care and pride. Everything was well-organised, the atmosphere was great, and the service felt personal rather than rushed. It’s clear the team values their customers. I’ll definitely be coming back—excellent service all around!

GREAT SPUR
Staying very close by I decided I would have an meal at Grand Bay Spur in the Ocean Mall , Umhlanga.
I was seated very promptly at a nice table to enable me to 'People Watch' !
I ordered a glass of white wine whilst I checked over the menu which had lots of very appealing items on it.
I was also given the Seniors Menu and since I have a small appertite I decided to opt for this. I ordered a steak cooked medium rare which was served with fries and onion rings. I thoroughly enjoyed the meal and the steak was cooked to perfection.
For desert I opted for the half waffle which was served with ice cream and cream and was devine. Tea or coffee is also included in the price of R114.90 which is very good value.
Enjoyed my time at the Grand Bay Spur, good food and service, what more can you ask for. I would certainly return to this Restaurant and highly recommend on my experience.
