I had quite a great experience with my daughter and friend, the little one really enjoyed the play area while we enjoyed our desert.

I loved the food here and the atmosphere is very serene.

Serrano Spur is the best, they uphold the Spur taste for life 😅. The food is A class, the service very friendly and the atmosphere is one to be at. I had a great time there and suggest you too go if ever around the corner.

Service was very excellent from Fikile except the guy manager who ruined everything I don't know if that how you train your management to be rude to the staff .the way he was shouting and pointing at the waiter like she's his kid or rubbish please fix your management because thath was not suppose to happen in front of us maybe in the kitchen where we won't see .I'm very dissapointed because I'm also a human and I wouldn't like someone talking to me like that

What a lovely experience we had together with my family! The staff and the manager are all so warm and very helpful. One of the best Spur franchises I’ve been to in KZN. Balungile as our waitress and Zamani the manager ❤️
