The food was delicious and the staff was very friendly and polite, we were helped by Nkanyezi.. It was such a breeze with her especially since I came with kids. Very helpful and polite lady. The Manager was also checking in on us making sure we were okay, which was very kind of her.

Service was very excellent from Fikile except the guy manager who ruined everything I don't know if that how you train your management to be rude to the staff .the way he was shouting and pointing at the waiter like she's his kid or rubbish please fix your management because thath was not suppose to happen in front of us maybe in the kitchen where we won't see .I'm very dissapointed because I'm also a human and I wouldn't like someone talking to me like that

What a lovely experience we had together with my family! The staff and the manager are all so warm and very helpful. One of the best Spur franchises I’ve been to in KZN. Balungile as our waitress and Zamani the manager ❤️
