I hope you are well. I would like to take a moment to compliment the outstanding service I received during my visit to Sibaya Spur yesterday. Thabiso was my waiter, and he treated me exceptionally well. His service was excellent, professional, and very friendly. He made sure we were comfortable and checked on us regularly. It is rare to receive such dedicated and warm service, and I truly appreciate the effort he put into making our visit enjoyable. I would also like to acknowledge the young lady named Mpume, who I believe is the manager. She was welcoming and professional, and it was clear that she leads the team very well. Please pass my sincere appreciation to both of them. Their service is highly commendable and truly makes a difference

A very big thank you to the young lady manager, Mphumeh, who is patient, loving, and truly cares about her customers. Her attitude and kindness really stood out. I would also like to appreciate our host, Thabiso he is such a nice guy and made us feel very welcome. We came to celebrate my cousin’s birthday, and wow, what an amazing experience! From Friday through to Sunday, the experience was nothing short of amazing, but today’s service truly stood out. The team was incredibly attentive and friendly, but I want to give a special shout-out to Mpume, the manager, who made our day extra special. She went above and beyond to ensure my family and I were well taken care of. My daughter especially had a great time—she absolutely adored Aunt Mpume, and it made her day to feel so welcomed and cared for. It’s not every day you come across such warm and professional service. Service Review for Anele at Esibaya Spur Today, I received excellent service at Esibaya Spur, and I am really impressed. The manager, Mpume, was such a sweet and pleasant lady. She was not only professional but also showed genuine care for the customers. The staff were well-dressed, clean, and friendly. The entire establishment was tidy, and the environment was welcoming.
