Pleasant place with kids

The place was packed and we had to wait by the door to be allocated a table. We were given a second option of staying in the smoking area and we opted for that since the place was full. Service was very slow due to the place being busy. The food was OK though there were few errors they made, my ribs didn't have basting on the bottom it was only on top. But overall it was not so bad.

Service that I got today 💔 there's this lady whom I told that I need a smoking area, she took me there to smoking area later she comes back only tell me that, there are people who booked the seat I was sitting at. I had to move. I sat here for 25 min unattended

I am actually content with Spur in general and my rating in terms of the food quality is not about the food but to gain your attention on the removal of tobasco sauce from the menu. It is a great inconvenience and the replacement peri peri sauce is absolute rubbish; it is tasteless and rates zero on the heat scale! Please consider us as your customers and our preferences; do not only consider your profit margins at our expense and disregard what makes this place our first choice eatery! I hope that this matter receives your earnest attention and hope for the reinstatement of the sauce; we do not want to go anywhere else but Spur.

The Waitron was very handy and friendly, very satisfied with his service. I have a problem with the Spur App which isn't user friendly and we forfeit many benefits due to this matter that is not resolved for a long time ever since I have upgraded my old App I have been struggling to open this new App, also unable to add my kids now they will not get the birthday benefits, this is so sad because even when I try the option "forgot password" it fails to send the OTP altogether, kindly look into this matter and provide urgent assistance, My son's birthday is today and I wish this can be rectified we take kids to enjoy at Spur. Had such an amazing lunch at Arrow Creek Spur. The Burger was delicious and the staff very friendly. Great vibe and all over amazing experience.

The meal was well prepared, and their buffalo wings were unexpectedly fresh and succulent. It was not like what tastes like biltong wings that gets to be served in this franchise chain. However, waiting time for the meal was too long than the promised waiting period.

A big group of us went for a Christmas dinner. I was very surprised at the excellent service we received! The orders were taken very well. Our waitress was so in the ball. She knew the menu. There was not one mistake with our order. There was at least 20 of us. She accommodated us so well. I was pleasantly surprised! Thank you for the good service. Keep it up!
