Had an issue with a meal. I made a comment on the spur app. I was contacted immediately by a lovely young gent Duncan who insisted we return to the Spur so he could sort it out. What a lovely young man. He went out of his way to find out what happened and insisted he did something about it. Duncan thank you for making us not feel like criminals and listening to our problem!!! Will definitely be back to see you!! Great service and very accommodating! Thank you again!!!

Excellent food and service at very reasonable prices. Recommended We stayed in the vacation club so it was convenient. The rib special was excellent along with the schnitzel. Service excellent This was superior to the overpriced overrated grill room in the Palace!! Variable service levels Lazarus is the best waiter by miles We were at the vacation club for and used the pool area all week. We also had a birthday breakfast with the whole family at the Spur The service round the pool was variable depending on the waiter .... Lazarus was outstanding and really tries super hard 👏 The breakfast was Ok but the kitchen staff doing the cooking don't really care what they send out Cold chewy french fries that had obviously been cooked ages ago.
