We often complain and leave out bad reviews after an unpleasant service, but this time I feel I need to say something about this Spur in Carlswald while my memory is still fresh. I ordered telephonically this morning and later went to collect my order. Took the order and drove back home, when I got home, I realised that my ribs were not up to standard (medium rare, instead of the fall-off the bone that they keep advertising). I instantly took out my phone and immediately called the restaurant to let them know. The lady (I didn't take her name) quickly apologised and offered to send a driver with the right order for replacement. Just as I was waiting, within 30minutes that order had arrived on my doorstep and I also got a call again from the restaurant to apologise. It doesn't get any better than this, this is what we call going the extra mile for a client. This Spur branch understands customer service. You have my respect, because you didn't not even try to justify nonsense, you went in and said, WeWillFixIt and that you did. Great staff you have there, here's to more orders from me 🍺 🙏
