I've been sitting here for over an hour, trying to find the right words to describe my experience at the Spur in Cradlestone Mall. We've been to this restaurant twice. On both occasions, the staff have been extremely friendly and professional. The food? If you're looking for ABSOLUTE CONSISTENCY in the quality of meals that arrive at your table, this is the branch to visit. The manager? You will never find better than Nkosinathi. He is an asset to this company. His ability to lead his team is second to none. It shows in the exceptional quality of service from the staff, and the unmatched quality of food that comes out of their kitchen. Speaking of assets.. The Play Canyon Attendant, Vision. The patience and empathy that you have with the kids is amazing to observe. Twice, my nephew has enjoyed being in your company and you have taking care of him as if he was apart of your own family. I know that all good things must come to an end eventually, but it's hard to see an end when you have a team as POWERFUL as the one at the Cradlestone Spur. PS. Whoever made the two Chocolate Milkshakes that I ordered tonight, it's the best I've had in a long time.

From the start too finish was not great. First, we didn't have access to the play area and when asked how we can get our little one to play, it took them long to open. The frozen lemonade i ordered wasn't frozen and tastes like pure passionfeuit syrup. The kitchen didn't know how to grill calamari instead of deepfrying(this was said to us). It came out chewy and not appetizing and it was a thigh combo but we didn't get thighs, i don't know what part of the chicken it was. I had a baked potato and onion rings with my meal but the potato was stale and the skin was unpleasantly hard and the onion rings was oily and undercooked. I requested both butter and sour cream but instead of getting sour cream, i got heavily whipped desert cream. They didn't even inform about the cream, just gave it to me this way where i would of accepted only butter if they could of said they dont have sour cream. My child was tagged for safety but when she ran out the doors, the beepers didn't even go off. It was a very unpleasant experience but the waiter (Thandi) was nice though

I dont eat at Spur often,but I was majorly impressed today. From the friendly staff to the food. Had the pork fillet, exceptional. The manager, Brian,what a lovely and friendly gentleman!

Møre 500g T-bone steaks, rigtig herremad. Og så til en rigtig god pris. Det kan vi lide😀. Restauranten er en kædebutik, lidt som Jensens Bøfhus i Danmark, men maden er langt bedre.

Spur has a gem and with well cooked clean food and and regular specials to match. Our waitor was always well presented and kidds well looked after
