The waiter that we met at the entrance didn't greet, she just looked at us, we had to seat ourselves then she brought 2 menus, one breakfast menu and one other menu while we were three guest. When we asked for more menus she pretended not to know what menus I'm talking about. We thought it wise to being my mother for breakfast for her 76 birthday. We should have gone to Nguni Grill, this waiter spoiled it for us. We're not even going to ask them to sing to my mother. We wondered how much my farm cloting had to do with her attitude seen as I was still wearing my hat and normal farm clothes. Maybe special occasions should be celebrated elsewhere.

I would like to appreciate the service I received from manager Mr. Brian today. He rectified the error that was done by his staff who served me low quality food on Saturday night. I had an upset stomach and the feeling was not nice. I'm happy that the gentleman who brought my meal informed me that my concern was addressed in the kitchen. 🙏

Service was good and the place was very clean. Preparation of food took very long time. Food was overcooked.

It was recently done over and is very cosy. Friendly staff and great food. awesome kids play area. All and all an amazing family restaurant!

The new layout at the Spur is much better than before and we had a great time. The food was excellent and our waiter, named Jacob, was very friendly and professional.
