The manager Lihle has wonderful hospitality, so humble, always making sure that customers are not waiting too long foe their food. These are most of the reasons we prefer West Peak among most of spurs we have visited. They know people needs and they always wear their wonderful smile all the time. The manager Lihle deserves recognition for the work he does and also the way he interact with his colleagues, wow....what a leader and leadership skills he has. He is the manager of the year in such short space of time he assumed this position. WONDERFUL SERVICES ALL ROUND.

If I could rate our service I would rate it 100 stars. Immaculate service by Lebogang. Food top tier as always. Phenyo & Tiny were the managers on shift also an absolute pleasure & hands on. Lebogang you were the star of our visit, keep it up you’re going places.

Had the greatest experience on sunday at westgate spur branch. The food was great and the service was everything. Our waiter Mxolisi assisted us efficiently and with a smile despite our several demands. Kudos spur staff🤌

Food was great, Covid-19 PPE regulations were strictly adhered to, and the waiter who's name I don't remember provided great service. I must commend the Manager on duty Phenyo - he has outstanding customer service skills and ensured that myself and my friend were well taken care of. I ordered online through Mr. Delivery today (6 September 2020), called the restaurant first before placing my order as I needed some clarification on the special. I specifically asked to talk to Phenyo who wasn't available at the time. He returned my call, resolved my query, was very patient whilst I went on the app to place my order, and ensured that my order was executed and delivered as per my request. You should regard him as an asset to your business, that's the kind of service we require in South Africa where service is generally just bad. Please let Phenyo know that I am an extremely happy customer, and I will return to your restaurant soon.
