I was there with my son last week and I did not check the trading hours, to my suprise they have just closed at 9. Luckily we spoke to a Manager Owethu and he told us to wait while he's going to check if we can get some food from the kitchen and he came back, He told us we can order our supper for take aways and thank you so much as we did not have electricity in our area. We were a group of 40 kids and 5 teacher and we received great service.. Neo the manager made this day memorable..

Our waitress, Mazi was outstanding! Portions are much much smaller than other Spurs. Hake was tiny small and calamari for a full portion was a bite size. Otherwise lovely

The place is so big! Clean, great food, good service a closed off toddler area and big kid area and as an older sister I find it so helpful the toddler area has 2 swings and alittle jungle gym. The...

Let me start off my saying we frequent this Spur every week so that my 2 year old can play with other kiddies. Today just as we sat down...my son was playing with a Balloon next to the table. On the Jungle gym next to our table were two twin girls around 5 years old, going down the slide. after going down the one girl kicked and stomped on her sisters head aggressively while she was on the ground crying from the attack, my son who was next to her reached out offering her his balloon. I'm assuming to make her feel better? Doesn't matter. What this child did next was kick my son Aggressively in the stomach/chest area HARD. He immediately screamed and my partner and I shot up and told the girl who kicked my son to never ever touch my son again. The manager apologized to us and said she didn't know what happened. I explained and I left it, not seeing any point in approaching the parents as I figured the kid would not try hurting my child again after the child minder led her back to her parents. Later though, we were approached by a man and what I can only describe as an extremely aggressive old woman who proceeded to throw the entire tables worth of drinks on my partner which is ASSAULT. She also screamed at me and shoved her finger in my face which I told her numerous times to remove. I can only assume she was trying to get me to physically react in some way but ofcourse I would never but I can see now where the children get their aggression from. I asked the manager to have them removed and that I want the video footage in order to press charges which she agreed to send me. Great, but my child and my partner were both assaulted and these people are being left to carry on sitting in the establishment. My partner was covered in Beer and Cream soda from being assaulted Infront of my two year old with NUMEROUS witnesses and they were allowed to stay? Neither us nor any of our family will be returning to this establishment. All I want is the video footage of the assault so that I can proceed legally.

It's nice place to be and what they sell is well prepared.

I just want to send a shout out to Brilliant, TK and another gentleman (unfortunately I forgot his name) for excellent service. We celebrated my sons 2nd birthday on Saturday 1 April and I am honestly so impressed with the service we received. From the moment we walked in, our 2 waiters and Brilliant who was overseeing our party were hands on and organised. The party setup was done really well and the food was delicious! We were quite a big group of about 40 people and not one person had a bad thing to say. Well-done you guys and keep it up, it is service like this that makes us keep coming back! 👍👌👏

I would like to give a big thank you to two staff members, sorry don't have names but you know who you are,on Saturday 28th January who went above and beyond to make our Peacon Nut Sundaes and Choc Milkshake happen. From our arrival they told us they were having a problem with the ice cream machine. Our trip to that particular Spur on that day. was special and through understanding,communication and patience from both sides my family and I were able to finish off our meal with a memorable pudding in dedication to a dearly departed. Thank You.to everyone.
