The service I always receive is exceptional. I believe I have written more than one review for the same restaurant because they truly deserve it. I have even hosted my daughter’s birthday there twice, and I will definitely be doing another one soon – that’s how good they are. The manager, Portia, along with all the waiters and waitresses, and the wonderful ladies at the play area, are always so welcoming. They are always happy to see my daughter, and they make her feel at home. When we get back home, the only thing she talks about is how she feels “famous” there. A big shout out to Yolanda, Nonjabulo, and Khanyi. I can actually count many of them by name, and that alone shows how amazing their service is. I truly believe it’s in their nature to treat people in a special way because I have also seen how they treat other customers with the same kindness and care. They must keep up the exceptional job. 👏
