The service received was good but this food was very dry. The desert was excellent

Initially we were very unhappy with this Spur due to poor service received, however Kogie, the manager, called me and apologised for the service issues and went out of her way to rectify it and ensure we were happy. She had a great attitude and is an asset to that Spur branch. The food was lovely too and service definitely improved.

Today was my birthday. So we decided Supper at Spur. It was a lovely experience. We had the best waitress Nkule, who was so obliging and just on the ball with our orders. She was polite, respectful and just seemed to appear with whatever we needed even before being asked for it. Great experience.

on arrival we made it known that this was catch up session of 20 plus years. She took our order, presented our meals and left us to do our thing. Was so nice not to be bothered all the time with are you ok is everything alright is there anything else and and...... Our food was good and arrived hot. Got the respect for alone time. Amazing. Should I visit Durban again, I'll come again.

Another great experience at Sanchez Spur. Aunty Kogie is doing a spectacular job. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Tracy is amazing! Kids play place is quite nice. Keep up the great work!

What started off as a tete between BESTIES turned into..Surprise! SURPRISE!..here goes..my introduction to the new Mall..casual meeting to have tea with girlfriends..all so lovely meeting, first time after a year apart..and pow! ..a gasp of surprise from the table in front of us..OMW! ANNA!.and what a blast from the past!!! ..that was..Ramona! ..worlds best kept Secret!..living in our little town..of and on..and here we are!..all the years in between drop off..and the memories came crushing back..her brother visiting..just abandoning his lunch party and crashing ours..hahaha!! no Grace's and all..just an exchange upon exchange of questions by the dozen..and then realized where we were, and who we with..shame..so ungracious of us..but that was 60 years re-visited..when I met my husband, and the rest of earth faded away into nothing..back to Earth..I suddenly found my appetite and Spur delivered..the Qassadillas were as delish!!as always and the girls didnt know what they were eating..catching up was rampant..but Spur REALLY?..U..Guys pack a great deal for reunions like we had that lovely Summer day.. Renewed my Sunday brunches after Church again..thank you..your staff are magnifico!..as always..like the new look..new locality too..Congratulatios!! Well done

We eat here often especially on monday evenings for their half price burger specials. They have an excellent menu with really great meals. It is a pity that the portion sizes which used to be the...
