I had a really great experience at Spur Scottsville. I received onion rings that weren’t properly prepared — they were a bit short and over-fried. I honestly didn’t even make a big issue out of it, but the manager, Kehla, handled it so well. He took it upon himself to fix the situation and even insisted on making me a fresh order of onion rings, which I really appreciated. That level of care and customer service really stood out. Thank you, Kehla, for going the extra mile. You handled everything perfectly!

Probably the better Spur branch in the city. The other two are also great so is the food. Love them all to the honest. El Sombrero just feels a bit better and slightly homier. Also the staff there is always so cool.

Steaks were some of the best we have had, we were early so the restaurant was relatively quiet. Service was excellent and will definitely be back. Restaurant is under new ownership and it shows.

I really enjoyed visiting this spur, I had a starter and dessert and really enjoyed both, my little toddler simply loved the huge kids play area, and there are many tables close to the play area for parents
